Data Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to help drive strategic business decisions and optimize performance for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and project goals.
• Generate reports and present key metrics to support business strategies.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
